The very first time I meditated, I remember thinking to myself, "Wow... I can't believe I have gone for so long without noticing that my mind has a mind of its own!" I was shocked to discover that I couldn't stop thinking even if I wanted to. Not for one single moment could my mind be still. "How did I never notice this before???" After my very first class, I felt so light, so clear and complete. It was as if I have lived for years without water, and finally took my first sip. Some mysterious fog was removed and it was easy to see that the fog was my restless, worried mind. Walking home that night, the air smelled sweeter, everything was alive and everything was more beautiful. I completely forgot that I could feel that way – grateful to be alive, just being and experiencing fully the present moment.

Knowing without a doubt that my anxiety and depression stem from an overactive, strained mind and countless thoughts; I dedicated myself entirely to the practice of meditation and yoga. 

I have now taught numerous classes, workshops and kids' day camps. For my one on one clients, I design individualized programs to suit each person's unique needs. My experience ranges from instructing children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, to adults recovering from surgery and cancer. As a volunteer facilitator at Tides, a local support program for grieving children, I instruct meditation and yoga to a group of preschool age kids, always assured that it is never too early to start this practice.

I am very excited to share with you the wisdom and techniques that have completely transformed every aspect of my life. My overall health, attitude, relationships and career have blossomed in ways that I could have never imagined.

Learning how to let go of fear and live life in the present moment, has made all the difference in the world. I am confident that you will see tremendous results from this simple yet powerful practice.
